Clean House Program

Providing Potter's employees the opportunity to start the journey of home ownership is a passion of owner, Bucky Potter. With the help of subject matter experts, a plan was put in place to not only provide funding but also to create an educational plan that equips first-time home-buyers with the knowledge needed to successfully purchase their first home. Potter's Potties is known for their commitment to #clean and through our critical monthly cleanliness inspections the fund for Clean House was created. Every month Clean House is funded through a dollar-for-dollar match to our Clean Cash Incentive Program. To date, we have seen two employees purchase their first homes and we are excited to see more employees take advantage of this program.


Annual River Cleanup

Every year we take time to give back and help support our local environment. Our commitment to #clean goes above and beyond our potties and extends to our local watershed. You can catch us at the Rappahannock River on a perfect September Saturday collecting trash and debris from the road to the water's edge. To date, we have removed over 1000 lbs of waste and we will continue this effort for years to come. Want to join us, watch our social media for upcoming dates.
